This is decorated by blending the strawberries into puree & pour on top of the cheesecake. Then, use the tooth pick and draw some stroke to become this!

Or you can also cut the strawberries into small pieces & decorate your cheesecake. =)
I've also tried to make Durian cheesecak with chocolate fudge. As I've 3 boxes of left-over durians!! So I went to search for recipe that I can make use of those durians. Just click on the highlighted words for the recipe. =)
But it turns out to be a failure!
It taste more like durian Tiramisu then durian Cheesecake..
Tiramisu? Cheesecake? 傻傻分不清楚??
The biscuit base is not well form & not hard enough. I shld add more butter... (cos I din follow the recipe strictly). The cheesecake is too soft... as I add too much water. (I mistook 50ml of water as 500ml!!) This is really a terrible mistake! I found it weird when I saw 500ml of water.. cos normally I only use 50ml of water to mix with gelatine. But I din go n double check... In the end, I only pour 200ml, as I think its too much. N yup... it turns up to be too watery... WTH. I'm simply stupid!!
This is not my 1st mistake... There's 1 time.. I bought a ready mix choco fudge cake.. all you need to do is to add eggs & water and that's simple. But it turns out to be a failure as I add too much water!!! Bcos I din go and double check the amt to add on.. Argh..
So just a reminder to all... Pls double check that you gt the correct amount of ingredients before you start baking your cake.
