My Simple Life ♥

Life is short and I thot I've short life cos I always thot that I've heart prob.. Until recently, I went to take bld test for lipid & glucose lvl... N it went out to be normal. haha.. Although it cant totally exclude heart prob, at least I noe that my cholesterol lvl was perfectly normal. ( I've gd cholesterol ratio, normal LDL and High HDL)
Ok mayb its time for a new lesson:

Cholesterol - a white fatty substance made mainly in the liver of animals including humans. High cholesterol in blood can increase heart attack.
2 types of Cholesterol - LDL ("bad" cholesterol) & HDL ("good" cholesterol)

LDL - it often lodges in the wall of arteries building-up over time an artery-clogging plague.
HDL - it helps your body get rid of cholesterol by transporting fat and LDL cholesterol deposits to the liver for breakdown, thereby “cleansing” the arteries.

I've been having palpitations and I can feel on & off abnormal heart rhythm since poly... I thot it might be due to stress or anxiety. Until I heard 1 of my colleague said that too much coffee can increase heart rate. N I thot it might be due to the coffee that I drank everyday. As it contains caffeine that increases our alertness & heart rate. However, I dunno whether there's any medical evidence to support that..or its just a myth.. But since then I've stared to reduce the intake of coffee.

Ard end of last year, I experienced sudden chest tightness,breathlessness.. N I jus felt that Im gonna faint.. I din went to see dr immediately. But I done ECG after a few days of incident and it went out to be normal. Wif the results of my blood test (even my colleague sae its abnormal, cos my cholesterol lvl was too gd. haha..), mayb I was too paranoid. lol... But sometimes when its time to go, den I'll just let it be..

Well, life is short. So we must treasure the time we spend wif our love ones.. Cos you wun know what will happen tmr...

My Simple Life ♥

Seems like I've only blog once or twice a month... Not that there's nothing to blog.. just that I've no time to blog or mayb lazy.. hee... There's alot of things that I wanna share... Like Nice songs or album or movies or drama that I wanna recommend.. N having a good catch up with my frens during CNY. N wat I've been doing during this few weeks... blah blah..

Its great to have CNY... cos u gt to haf a break... gathering wif your uncles & aunties N oso frens.. Wat I like most is to have a reunion dinner wif my family and hs visiting to gt ang baos... haha..
But sometimes, not all ppl like it...
For those who are single, they will be asked when to find ur bf/gf.
For those who are attached, they will be asked when to get married.
For those who are married, they will be asked when to give birth to a child.
For those who are married & had a child, they will asked when to have a second baby.
N for those who are still students, they will be asked how was their results & compared wif others.

Well, Im fall under the 1st category.. N of course.. Im not spared .. But not only my aunt asked me, even my sis & colleagues had been asking me... -_-
Well... I believe in fate.. However, my sis told me that we cant depends on fate. Sometimes u haf to take initiative to make frens... blah blah~ Oh well.. even my colleagues are trying to pull strings to those they noe.. dot dot dot.

I would think that Im still young. But some1 told me that Im not young anymore.. by the time u gt to noe tat special 1, dating, den gt married... u'll be ard 25/26... diaoz..

Hmm... for the time being, I haven met that 'someone'. Even if I've met, I wun write over here.. haha.. But I hope I can met some1 like Jones.. who can sing so well, talented & charming . *dreaming*
